Good news! I texted him yesterday but of course never heard back from him ;) Turd. From what I hear that stuff works great as far as the bodies addiction, it's the act of smoking that they can't get over.. smoke break at work, smoking while drinking, ect. He should get one of those pretend cigarette things for those times!? My friend used one for when she was REALLY wanting to smoke, it helped a lot (as far as the action of smoking went) and then she finally was tired of the nonsense of using it & got over the whole act of smoking as well. (food for thought!) Proud of him! I hear smoking is a hard habit to quit!
